Find the support package that brings the most calm and rest to your family's birthing journey. As an included service, virtual and over-the-phone lactation support is offered on an as-needed basis for our current, booked clients. Please inquire during your initial consultation for details.
We are listed in the Minnesota Department of Health Doula Registry here. We are also an approved Medicaid provider. For more information on Medicaid doula coverage, please visit this website. It is also worth noting, doula and lactation support services are often reimbursable through HSA/FSA funds. We encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider for more information and we are happy to provide detailed invoices to support this process.

The Ripple Effect - Birth Package
Essential for parents prioritizing a supported birth and recovery through uninterrupted sleep or additional daytime support during the crucial early week.
What's Included:
- Three prenatal visits (focused on lactation education, childbirth preparation, birth plan and expectations).
- Doula support for birth.
- Postpartum support: 2 daytime shifts of 4 hours each
- Postpartum lactation support and feeding assistance.
- Postpartum babywearing education.
- Virtual and over-the-phone lactation support on an as-needed basis during the contract period.

Breastfeeding Support Package
Supporting your breastfeeding goals through education and continuous support.
Prenatal Lactation Education: Three prenatal visits focused on your feeding goals, lactation physiology, addressing any concerns, and providing hands-on education.
Initial Postpartum Visit: Visit within 12 hours of delivery to establish feeding goals and address any immediate concerns prior to discharge.
Postpartum Home Visits: Three postpartum visits including oral assessment, latch evaluation, weighted feed, and a written care plan to support addressing any ongoing concerns and adjusting the care plan as needed.
Virtual Lactation Support: Virtual and over-the-phone lactation support on an as-needed basis during the contract period.

Virtual Postpartum Support Package
This offering brings expert care and understanding directly to you, making sure you always feel supported, connected, and heard as you settle into motherhood.
What's Included: Weekly 1 hour video sessions for personalized guidance and check in, lactation support and guidance, daily access for quick check-ins, questions, and support as you need it, tailored resources from recovery tips to newborn care advice and lactation support.

Daytime Postpartum Support
Perfect for those needing an extra set of hands and professional guidance during the day.
What's Included:
- Birth story processing.
- Lactation support and feeding assistance (breast, bottle, combination).
- Sibling care to give parents one-on-one time and enhance sibling bonding.
- Babywearing fitting & education.
- Newborn care demonstrations and support.
- Virtual and over-the-phone lactation support on an as-needed basis during the contract period.
A la carte - 5 hr minimum $45/hr**
20 hour Bundle - $900** Suggested use 5 shifts of 4 hours
40 hour Bundle - $1,800** (save $150) Suggested use 5 shifts of 4 hours
Overnight Postpartum Support
Avaiable to birth clients only, essential for parents prioritizing restorative, uninterrupted sleep during the crucial early weeks.
What's Included:
- Handling all nighttime baby needs (diaper changes, soothing).
- Waking the mother only for nursing (if requested).
- Lactation support and feeding assistance as needed (breast, bottle, combination).
- For bottle-feeding parents, managing all feeding for uninterrupted sleep.
- Restocking supplies and setting up for the next day.
- Emotional and physical recovery support as needed.
- Virtual and over-the-phone lactation support on an as-needed basis during the contract period.
Single Night - 8-hr shift (9pm-5am) $400**
The Sleep Relief Package - 3 nights (9pm-5am) $1,100**
Additional Details
**A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. Balance due before beginning of first shift.
